Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.
Indochinaguides.com takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. For more information, read our privacy statement.
Indochinaguides.com will not charge you any reservation fees for making the booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel.
Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy (see "Hotel Policies").
1. Service description
This website has been created and is operated by Indochina Guides Travel. We act as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. Although we do our utmost to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free, nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the Indochinaguides.com website are per room for your entire stay, unless stated differently. These are neither rack rates nor competitors rates. Please check the room details to see what is included in the price and what is not.
2. Credit card guarantee
Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. When you make a booking, you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay at the hotel.
Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore, we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% safe and we will reimburse the first EUR 50 should your credit card be misused or abused due to Indochinaguides.com. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
3. Free of charge
Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, the Indochinaguides.com will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.
4. Cancellation
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which in most cases is the equivalent for a one night stay. Note, Indochinaguides.com will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.
5. Disclaimer
The Indochinaguides.com website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Our services are based on the information provided by the hotels; for this reason, the hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this information. Hotels can alter the information about their hotel, such as prices and availability, at any moment. We can therefore not guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information. You should always check the provided information before acting on the basis of the supplied information.
II - Tour booking
Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Procedure
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit only.
(1) Indochina Guides Travel requires 20% advance deposit to hold the booking.
(2) Balance of 80% must reach Indochina Guides Travel 30 days prior to tour departure date.
2. Liability
The prices are subject to amendment should the transporters/hoteliers amend their rates prior to commencement of the tour.
3. Refund
After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the programme, which are not utilised.
4. Hotel check in - check out time
Hotel check in - check out time is usually 12:00.
Extended check in - check out time may be granted subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels.
5. Travel Documents
In case visas are required, Indochina Guides Travel would be delighted to help you organise the visas. Please note, however, that Indochina Guides Travel cannot be held responsible for information on visa regulations, or in case visas are not obtained or accepted by local authorities.
It is the tour members' responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, where necessary.
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt
6. Responsibility Except in situations beyond human control, Indochina Guides Travel will be held responsible for any additional expense resulting from any changes caused by us in itinerary, transportation, accommodation and meals.
Except in situations beyond human control, Indochina Guides Travel shall provide compensatory service for participants or refund the difference in payment for services rendered below standard.
The detailed programme and scheduled flights are subject to changes by airlines without prior notice and in accordance with the weather conditions and daily operation of flights. Consequently, the itinerary concerned might be adjusted. If this occurs, Indochina Guides Travel will do all in its power to assist participants in boarding flights or finding alternative arrangements. Note however that it is done as a courtesy to participants and Indochina Guides Travel can not be held responsible for denied boarding, nor for additional costs occurred.
7.Policy regarding cancellation / no show / early departure
In case of Special Train Journey and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
Indochina Guides Travel must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:
Before 45 days - 10% of the total tour / service cost (except Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
From 45 days to 15 days - 15% of the total tour / service cost (except Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
From 15 days to 07 days - 25% of the total tour / service cost(except Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) - 50% of the total tour / service cost (except Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
From 48 hours to arrival or no show - no refund (except Sat, Sun Public Holidays)
8. Child Policy
For children between 2 to 10 years old, the following price policy applies: +Child in extra bed : 15 % discount on total package +Child no bed : 30 % discount on total package +Child in twin :10 % discount on total package For infant between 0 - 2 years old,the following policy applies: No extra bed , no meals , no entrance.All services free , except air ticket ( 90 % discount on adult fare )

Or by major credit cards (Visa or Master card only) Upon reception of the deposit, a receipt will be sent to you by fax or e-mail and holds place of confirmation of your booking. * Note During the banking transfer of the deposit, the banking institutions normally hold a service charge. The price confirmed by Indochina Guides Travel for the services delivered don’t included those services charges. Therefore, you are responsible for those service charges For the payment of the balance and the banking charges incurred during the transfer of the deposit, credit cards are accepted, though an additional 3% commission will be applied. Our preference is the payment in USD (CASH).
Travel Insurance Indochina Guides Travel highly recommends that all travellers take out an adequate insurance policy before travelling.
9. Validity This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply. |
